This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Supermoney Advisors Private Limited, a private limited company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, vide Corporate Identification Number CIN U67100RJ2021PTC078366 and having its registered office at Tirupati Nagar Banswara M Udaipur Road, Banswara, Rajasthan 327 001 India and operating under its trade name , hereinafter referred to as “SuperMoney” is the owner of the website with domain name https://getpi.in/, https://piadvisors.in and Pi application hereinafter referred to as the Pi Platforms. SuperMoney is concerned about the privacy of the Users who access, browse, use and transmit content on the Pi Platforms. This Privacy Policy is for the purpose of acquainting the Users with the manner in which SuperMoney collects, uses, and discloses the Users information collected through the Pi Platforms. Protecting the Clients trust in SuperMoney will always be a driving force behind our work. Any information the Client has disclosed to SuperMoney will solely be used for the legitimate business purposes for offering our services and information related to such services. Therefore, SuperMoney pledges that:

General Terms

The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Privacy Policy is subject to changes without express and specific intimation and the Users shall be required to review the Privacy Policy regularly. The continued use of the Pi Platforms expresses the Users consent to the updated Privacy Policy. The protection and security of the Users Personally Identifiable Information is one of SuperMoneys foremost concerns. The Privacy Policy discloses SuperMoneys practice with respect to the information collected from the User on the Pi Platforms. By using the Pi Platforms the User agrees to accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as well as SuperMoneys Terms & Conditions of Use as provided for at https://getpi.in/, http://www.piadvisors.in. By accessing or using the Pi Platforms, the User expressly consents to SuperMoneys use and disclosure of the Users personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy. The Users are hereby informed that in accordance with Rule 5 of the Information Technology Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2011, in case of any non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, SuperMoney reserves its right to immediately terminate access or usage rights of the Users. By using the Pi Platforms, the User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User is requested to stop from proceeding further and to cease using the Pi Platforms. The Privacy Policy shall at all times be read along with the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Pi Platforms. Unless stated otherwise, the Privacy Policy applies to all information that SuperMoney has about the User and Users account.

COLLECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION

• SuperMoney collects the Clients personal information by lawful and fair means and with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. SuperMoney collects Clients personal information, and in case of account opening, it collects information with respect to background, financial, and demographic information on the website/app in order to enhance the services that it offers. Such information may include Clients name, date of birth, residence and employment addresses, fathers and spouses names, mothers maiden name, bank account details, scan/copies of document proofs such as PAN, passport, Aadhaar, etc. Providing Aadhaar is voluntary and will only be required for completing Clients account opening procedure online and for digitally signing the account opening form. Clients Aadhaar may also be used as a proof of address as an alternative to other address proof documents, which is a voluntary decision to be made by the Client. SuperMoney may use the information for purposes including, but not limited to identity verification and background checking for account opening services being offered to the Client keeping the Client updated about products and services information pertaining to SuperMoney services which Client subscribes to for legal and regulatory purposes.
• SuperMoney shall protect and maintain any Client information in accordance with the highest standards of information security and privacy.
• SuperMoney shall restrict information utilization and access to the minimum level required to provide the Client with the services.
• SuperMoney shall entrust information management functions only to authorized personnel who have received appropriate training on customer information management techniques as required by industry standards.
• Client acknowledges and consents that documents/information received for KYC purposes may be shared with our affiliates, regulators, auditors, third parties, and service providers, as may be required, and stored, processed, or transferred by SuperMoney. Such affiliates, regulators, auditors, and service providers shall be bound by the same or similar confidentiality provisions herein. SuperMoney shall endeavor to undertake reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of all Documents received by us in relation to our business.
• SuperMoney shall only share Client-related information with Central KYC Registry, KYC Registration Agency , or such other government agencies/institutions as required by the rules and regulations specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or other government authorities, if any.
• SuperMoney shall make reasonable efforts to keep Client files complete, updated, and accurate. SuperMoney shall inform the Client how he/she can conveniently access their account-related information and how they can notify SuperMoney of any errors in need of correction. It shall be the Clients sole responsibility to verify and maintain the accuracy of the information related to their account.
• In order to protect the Clients personal information from hoaxes or spam e-mails, SuperMoney shall not send the Client any e-mail messages except through our dedicated domain getpi.in. Client has to ensure that the emails from SuperMoney are not marked spam and are received in the email folder.
• SuperMoney website and/or mobile application may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once the Client has used these links to leave the website, Client should note that SuperMoney does not have any control over such third-party websites. Therefore, SuperMoney will not be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which the Client provides whilst visiting such sites. Client should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
• SuperMoney hosting services maintain its systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices to secure the information of its customers. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100 secure. Therefore, Client may use the website/app at their own risk.
• SuperMoney shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the information provided by the User.

ASSESSING, REVIEWING AND CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION

SuperMoney will take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that the User provides to SuperMoney and any subsequent updates.

SuperMoney encourages the User to review, update and correct the information that SuperMoney maintains about the User on the PIS Advisors Platforms. Upon the Users request, SuperMoney will delete any such information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or is being processed in a way, which infringes any applicable legal requirement.

SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

1. SuperMoney has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to the information of the User and to maintain data security. These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the information that SuperMoney collects, process and stores and the current state of technology.
2. SuperMoney follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while SuperMoney strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect the information of the Users, SuperMoney cannot guarantee its absolute security and thereby usage in a manner that is inconsistent with the Privacy Policy.
3. SuperMoney assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of the Users information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond SuperMoneys control. The User plays an important role in keeping its information secure. The User should not share its account information with anyone. If SuperMoney receives instructions through the Users account and password, SuperMoney will consider that such User has authorized the instructions.
4. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Privacy Policy or elsewhere, SuperMoney shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of the Users personal information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event.

CLIENT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AND USE OF COOKIES

1. Most browsers are set to automatically allow Cookies. Please note it may be possible to disable some but not all Cookies through the browser settings on the User electronic device, but doing so may interfere with certain functionality on the Pi Platforms.
2. Major browsers provide the Users with various options when it comes to Cookies. The Users can usually set their browsers to block all third-party Cookies which are those set by third-party companies collecting information on Websites operated by other companies, block all Cookies including first-party Cookies such as the ones SuperMoney uses to collect search activity information about its Users, or block specific Cookies. Clients can configure their own Internet browser to send an alert when a cookie is installed or to prevent the usage of cookies. By using the Pi platforms, the Users are set to accept Cookies and consent to SuperMoneys use of Cookies.
3. If the Client elects to provide SuperMoney with personal details, such as address, phone or fax number, or other static introductory data on its website and/or mobile application, SuperMoney shall not disclose such personal information to any external party unless required to do so by applicable law. SuperMoney shall protect the information in accordance with our information security and privacy standards specified above.

COLLECTION AND USAGE OF PRIMARY ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

• SuperMoney collects Primary Account information, which includes the email address associated with the Users Google account. This information is collected to authenticate the User, personalize the User experience, and provide relevant updates and services. The collection and usage of this information are necessary for providing our services and for legal and regulatory compliance.

DISCLOSURE OF UPLOADING PRIMARY ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

• SuperMoney discloses that the Primary Account information is uploaded to https://eu1.clevertap-prod.com. This is done to enhance user experience, perform analytics, and send personalized notifications. The data is uploaded securely, and Clevertap, our third-party service provider, is bound by strict confidentiality agreements and is compliant with industry standards for data protection.
• By using the Pi Platforms, the User consents to the collection, usage, and uploading of Primary Account information as described in this Privacy Policy.
